And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness (unity).
Colossians 3:14

The aims of the HCG ministry are fourfold:

1. Build and strengthen the bond in Christ for mutual encouragement and support through regular gatherings.
2. Equip with the truth from God’s Word for spiritual growth and perseverance in the Christian faith.
3. Thanksgiving and intercession for one another, for the Church and the Body of Christ as a whole.
4. Extend pastoral care and feedback for pastoral ministering and prayers.

Currently, there are 7 HCGs, most with different group profiles and programmes. With an average membership of 10 to 15 people (some including children) per HCG, the programmes vary from having special guests sharing with the group on communication, parenting, mission, etc to topical studies on faith, parables and biblical marriage/ parenting. In some HCGs, the children participate actively in the main HCG programme while other HCGs organise separate children programmes.

In a Church, there is always a need for closer fellowship to be fostered, particularly as we lived in troubled end times. Many HCG members have been blessed with the Christian friendship, mutual encouragement, prayer & spiritual growth. This ministry has room for growth and aims to be inclusive for anyone who is interested to be part of this ministry.
